How long will Australia keep Robbie Deans as coach?

I think they'll persevere at least till the world cup which he will need to win to keep his job from then on. Perhaps he's not all he's cracked up to be. He had previously been coaching a side that had the best players in it and would have succeeded with anyone as their coach and now that he has mediocre players it's not so easy anymore.
