Can i force my ex to move out of jointly owned house so that it can be rented as we've been unable to sell

I've moved out and moved back home to live with family so she agreed to take responsibility for viewings ets. Basically i think she's doing nothing to sell the house knowing that i still have to pay so she's there on her own and i'm paying. Can i force her to move out so we can rent until house market improves? Also i think she's moved her best mate in on the sly, can i force her to leave??
