Could a learning disability effect my college math requirement?

I have had several students with learning disabilities in my cles. The way it is handled is via a learning center. You should be provided a tutor for free, help with note taking, and when tests are given you are given all the time you need to complete them. Your school should have a center that can ist you. Peripheral Neuropathy--Does the cold weather induce pain or is my pain and condition worsening with time?

Test results over the past 11/2 years cannot pinpoint the exact cause of my condition therefore my condition cannot be treated with any amount of accuracy. The pain at times is unbearable--I cannot walk up stairs--I can come down stairs. Prior to my condition a stroll of six miles round trip on the beach was an everyday affair--now one mile round trip is an effort taking me 45 minutes compared to my 17minute/mile walk prior to my condition. Any suggestions because I got off the doctor merry go round.

GUYS: what does this guy want from me?

Ok so there's this guy who I met through facebook and he's mutual friends with other mutual friends of mine. I met up with him once and I admit we did get abit physical, nothing serious just kissing and abit of fondaling. I'm still quite hung up on my ex but this guy seemed really nice and something to take my mind off my ex. I was abducted by Aliens last night, should I report to the police?

OK, last night I was driving to around the country side near the SSC (Superconducting Super Collider) in Waxahacie, Texas and I saw this strange beam of light in the sky. As I drove closer, I saw flashing white light and yellow light. When I finally reach near the site, I saw wavy blue lights moving sort of like the water streams. I thought it was cool and went there to check it out, when suddenly I heard a loud bang, when I woke up I was sitting on this stone-like room. The lights were extremely bright, I couldn't see anything but sometimes I could see glares of faces (I don't know if they are humans or not). Then I felt an out of body experience, as if I was floating, I didn't even use my body in fact, It felt like my whole situation is controlled by my mind but yet it feels real. I eventually saw another burst of light that they hit me with in that room. Afterwards, I woke up at the same spot but It was day time and my head hurt really bad. I told one of the locals to help me call the police and that I was abducted but they wouldn't help me. I'm thinking about telling the police station or government about this, should I do it?

Odd discharge?

For the past few months I've had a clear to whitish l discharge. It is at times the consistency of phlegm. Gross I know, but that is the best way to describe it, except it's clear/white. I had my annual pap last month and my doctor checked me for infections/std's and it came back as fine. She said the increased discharge was most likely caused by my birth control. Who do I sue to get my Security Deposit back; owner of house #1, house #2 or the Property manager?

I moved from house #1 to house #2. The Property manager, who managed both homes, transferred $650 of #1's $850.00 Security deposit to #2 and reimbursed us $200.00 (cash). After one night in house #2, it became clear that the house was unsafe because the carbon monoxide detector went off when we used the heater. We tried using the wood stove but smoke billowed into the room. The next morning we called the PM and sent a written notice of our intent to move out in 30 days. We stayed at friends and relatives until we could find another place. When we move out, we were not reimbursed the $650 deposit. We have come to learn that in California an accounting of our Security Deposit is due us within 21 days of moving out. We did not receive one from house #1 or #2. After months of letter writing to owner #2 (who forwarded all communication to the PM, per her letters to us) we finally received a time line from the PM. She stated that the $650.00 which she was to transfer to #2 house was actually used to repair & clean house #1. However, she sent no invoices as proof. She went on to claim that we actually owed owner #2 $650.00 because they claim they did not receive move out notice until the day we moved out. It seems to us that the PM is not only negligent in not providing an accounting of our SD for close to 6 months, but she may also be guilty of co-mingling funds between #1 & #2. We are now prepared to sue in Small Claims, but we are not sure who to sue or if we should sue Owner's #1 & #2, as well as the Property manager. What do you think?

Why are my fish dying?

I have a 20 gallon freshwater tank. I started with with 2 dalmatian mollies, 2 orange Mickey mollies, 2 orange platys, 3 silver skirt tetras, 4 fancy guppies, 1 albino Cory catfish, 2 female bettas, 1 white Molly, several mystery snails, 2 African dwarf frogs, 1 Pleco, and one other bottom feeder I don't know the name of. Of all I am left with the frogs, catfish, guppies, bettas, the unknown bottom feeder, white Molly, 1 orange Molly, and the tetras! (I traded the Pleco because of his size.) the other fish/snails died without cause in the last month. I would just find them either floating or at the bottom of the tank. Temp is between 72 and 80 degrees at all times. Ph is 6.5. Filter gets changed monthly. I even have an airstone. They get fed bloodworms, brine shrimp, and tropical crisp flakes, and a couple times here and there I'll throw in some algea wafers. Help!!! Can't seem to understand why my fish are dying and why the snails all died. And the fish are all pive. None show signs of bitten fins or signs of illness. The fish that died did all have discoloration when I found them. One more note. I have had this setup for approx. 8 months no problem.

I used to be heavier in high school, about 200 pounds. I'm 5'8. I tried the south beach for a year and stuck with it. I actually lost a lot of weight and went down to about 135. I felt that this was my ideal weight because I felt very comfortable in my skin. When I went off of the south beach diet slowly introducing carbs back I gained some weight. I went to about 145 and platued. I was still happy with my weight but I wished I had stayed at 135. Now my senior year in college and through the semesters I have been gaining weight because of stress. I still eat as healthy as when I was on the south beach but I now seem to be gaining weight on that!!. I started peaking past 150 and I freaked out. I fasted for a week and went back down to 140. Went off fasting and I’m starting to gain again. The worst part is that I already eat healthy and low cal. I really don't know what else to do, to get back to 135 and stabilize. Any help or advice? (I already exercise)

I have a fireplace, and I have occaisionally used a "Creosote Sweeping Log" which I think may be the brand name. Very old Western Flyer Tricycle. We now its at least 30 years of age but looks older. Looks like its all original. Has solid rubber tires. Has cone shaped grips on the handle bars with groves in them for gripping. All the bearing in the wheels turn excellent with no grinding sound. It has been used and looks like too. Tires and petal are worn but they are still on.

They even do this for goalies, and I think that is plain silly. I guess I can see that if he's injured one of his hands or arms, an opposing player would finds out and might shoot for that injured side in hopes of it being weaker. Who's going to tee off on a goalie though? There's either going to be a penalty for doing so or the other team is going to physically retaliate right after, as they always do. I've never seen any team, in the modern NHL, have guy after guy run a goalie because he's injured. This season though, goalie injuries have also been super secret (like Fleury's).

Sugar Glider as pet?

I'm not exactly sure about the sugar gliders, but I did have a flying squirrel, and they are pretty much the same thing. They just look different. She was very sweet. I loved having her. I would let her out of her cage and she would curl up in a ball inside my pocket, or I'd let her run around for a little bit, but she was very tame, so she would glide back and forth from me to my husband. Or from me to other things. But never to far. I loved having her. I was lucky to have gotten her when she was already tamed. I know if you get them small you have to do all the taming yourself. Unless you get one that's a little older that the breeders have already trained. But you can buy books to teach you how to do tame them. And as for your cat, as long as your cat likes little animals I think he'll be fine. so good luck and enjoy.

Started bleeding again only 2 weeks after my last period..?

My periods generally start every 30-40 days and last 5 days. I started a normal period on 9/11/10 and then I started bleeding again on 9/25/10 and lasted 2 days, however it seemed darker than normal. I own a nine year old chestnut Thoroughbred named Chester. PALM CENTRO DROPPED IN TOILET -- HELP REVIVE!?
