Angus cactus has it helped anyone?

I'm on clomid and I have irregualr periods I'm 2 weeks late as of right now and my first dose of clomid was january3rd-january 7th since angus cactus is supposed to regulate your periods and give you regular ovulation would it be ok for me to take it? and is it over the counter?
