Do they depend on french military and such for protection?

Monaco is such a small place, and by treaty if they ever comes a time there is on royal heir Monaco will become part of France. keeping all this in mind (especially the size of the place and that its mostly rich with close to no middle cl), do they have their own law enforcement and military or depend on France?
