What NFL team will have the worst record in the 2008 regular season?

I'm going to have to say the Pittsburgh Steelers will with a 2-14 record. And no I'm not on any type of drug and this is NOT sarcasm at all. I think they are falling apart honestly. And the Cleveland Browns will be AFC champions.
