Usually about an hour to 90 minutes depending on its size. Check by twisting a drumstick. If it moves freely, it's done. I usually start with a hot oven and turn it down after 15 minutes to 350. Let it sit for about 10 minutes when it comes out of the oven before you cut it so the juices stay inside.
