1988 honda prelude will not start?

if the timing belt went before you might have a problem this engine is a interference engine meaning if the timing belt went the pistons hit the valves do a compression test and see what you get! it should be about 90 to 110 psi I believe if that's not it it might be some thing as simple as a crank sensor left unplugged!
