How can i get over a strong dislike of older women?

im 24 but have a sister 2 years older so ive grown up around her and her friends, most of them were just terrible and condescending, and when i run into some of these ppl they are still like this. bcuz of this ive developed a real hatred of older women (even a year older). if i run into any of them ill turn the other way and talk to someone younger. ill only date girls who are younger than me, that won't change, but i'm kind of sick of carrying this burden and would like to just be able to ignore them. yet, i can't get over how condescending some of them are, they think they're the most intelligent people in the world cuz they're a couple years older than you.
