How to Style Short Hair?

Hi! My name is Lindsey and I have about ear length hair. I have about 3-4 layers on the left and right sides of my head and on the back I have like 10. I also have side bang. I will love to have AT LEAST 10-12 hairdos that have to do with my bangs and everything. I love putting my hair up in pony tails on each side of my head. I also look really bad with a basic pony tail. Thanx and please answer soon!
