I think my sugar glider is sick. He spits and gets very still.?

You need to have him examined by a vet as soon as you can. If you do not know what it is, it might be getting worse each day, and eventually might cost his life. Sounds like he either has internal parasites, or problems with his organs (digestive/respiratory/etc?). Don't wait around, vet!
