Where is a good place to get my motorcycle painted?

I live in norman oklahoma and was wondering if there was a good pain shop nearby? nothing fancy just a different color of paint? i have an 06 ninja 650R and was also wondering about some really good exhaust one that sounds really awesome ya know?
