Why all the fuss about live rocks when thirdworld country just let all their drainage into the sea.?

I just took some live rocks,sands and lots of groupers gathered wild into my new tank which I totally dont cycle because I took all the water needed from our totally no policing policy.Its like u can take whatever u want as long as u dont f... with anyone.
